The recommended dosage for Oliga3® is 1 capsule per day, taken with a glass of water.

Ingredients:: Fish oil (10% EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid and 50% DHA – docosahexaenoic acid), fish gelatin, extra virgin olive oil (55% oleic acid), humectant (glycerin), D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), and water.
