The recommended dosage for Medit® is 2 capsules per day, taken with a glass of water. 

Ingredients:: Dry grape extract (Vitis vinifera, 95% proanthocyanidins, 5% resveratrol, seeds), magnesium hydroxide, coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), dry saffron extract (Crocus sativus, 2% safranal, stigmas), zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), D-calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), and sodium selenite.

Gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugars.
